The Communauté d'Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées presents "Anti Solitude Plan: 12 key actions and 4 levers of success to start"
Actions to fight against all forms of loneliness were announced Friday, March 15 by François Bayrou, Mayor of Pau. These actions provide the framework for a global and coherent intervention in favor of living together. Inhabitants, associations and all the actors of the City concerned by the urban scourge of loneliness, in all its forms, have been invited to share this founding moment of the fight against social isolation.
These actions are largely inspired by the expertise of use of the palois and their expectations and needs. Several fields are concerned: connecting people, conviviality and sharing, the development of the living environment to promote mobility and meeting, the transmission of knowledge, the pooling of spaces, housing, mobility, the reception and the inclusion new inhabitants, sharing objects, services and means of transport. To these measures are added coordination and structuring actions, which are essential to make visible and legible the actors and the devices. The pilot action deployed within the framework of the Atlantic Social Lab project is one of these levers for success: setting up a digital tool for coordinating all the actors in the area, making it possible to identify isolated people and promote their connection with the local offer.
The 12 flagship actions and the 4 success levers will be the subject of future specific news depending on their level of development.
As a reminder, the anti solitude plan was launched on September 29, 2018, with rich co-production workshops organized in the fall, returned by an exhibition presented on March 7, 2019.
