The Synthesis Report prepared by the European Social Policy Network (ESPN) describes and analyzes the conditions under which persons with disabilities have effective access to social protection. A number of disability-specific income support schemes are provided, as are benefits for some risks other than disability, as well as a number of support services for people with disabilities. Furthermore, the report identifies good practices to increase access to benefits and services for people with disabilities in the context of ongoing policy reforms and national debates.
